Jim Beam Black Whiskey Sour Recipe

30 ml Jim Beam Black®
30 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
15 ml egg whites

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled sour or white wine glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
