Ingredients

Use following ingredients to make The Turmeric Rickey Cocktail

• 60 ML Von Humboldt’s Turmeric cordial
• 15 ML London dry gin, such as Plymouth
• 15 ML Lime juiced
• Club soda to top
• Cucumber garnish (optional)

How to make The Turmeric Rickey Cocktail

1. Combine lime juice, gin, and cordial in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake to combine and chill.
3. Pour into a Collins glass with ice, and add soda to top.
4. Garnish with a cucumber sliced vertically using a mandoline or a steady hand.
