Use following ingredients to make Pink Elephant Cocktail
- 45 ml ounces Amarula Cream
- 30 ml chocolate liqueur
- 90 ml raspberry puree
- 60 ml merlot
- 90 ml heavy cream
- Garnish: 2 tsp sugar raspberry
- Garnish: sprig of mint
How to make Pink Elephant Cocktail

Combine all ingredients, except cream and sugar, with ice into one shaker and shake.

Strain into a Martini glass.

In a separate shaker, combine cream and sugar and shake vigorously without ice.

Carefully layer the cream on top of the base.

Garnish with a raspberry and mint sprig on the rim.

For a “campfire” effect, flavour the cream with hickory smoke.
