Pink Elephant Cocktail

Ingredients

Use following ingredients to make Pink Elephant Cocktail

  • 45 ml ounces Amarula Cream
  • 30 ml chocolate liqueur
  • 90 ml raspberry puree
  • 60 ml merlot
  • 90 ml heavy cream
  • Garnish: 2 tsp sugar raspberry
  • Garnish: sprig of mint

How to make Pink Elephant Cocktail

  1. Combine all ingredients, except cream and sugar, with ice into one shaker and shake.

  2. Strain into a Martini glass.

  3. In a separate shaker, combine cream and sugar and shake vigorously without ice.

  4. Carefully layer the cream on top of the base.

  5. Garnish with a raspberry and mint sprig on the rim.

  6. For a “campfire” effect, flavour the cream with hickory smoke.
