In this drink, we used gin. But for those of you who aren’t fans of the strong herbal flavours of gin, vodka makes a pretty good Rose-Berry Fizz too.

  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 4 Shots Gin
  • 1 Teaspoon Rose Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Club Soda (or, to taste)

  1. Wash and de-stem the Strawberries, then cut the strawberries into very tiny pieces, almost like a mince.
  2. Sugar coat strawberries and let it sit in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Use a fork and mash the strawberries
  4. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Fill two glasses with the drink, some ice and add a lemon wedge.
