When gin, coffee, tequila and raspberry puree come together, you get a perfect blast for your taste buds. It’s super fun to make, and it’s completely worth a try especially for coffee lovers like myself. A lot of people are shocked at hearing the ingredients, but once this Gin Coffee Cherry Blast is made it turns out so so well!

To add a little bit of fluffiness we added beaten egg whites which worked like a charm. Along with cherries we also added some raspberries, and mint leaves for garnish. So get all the required ingredients and start whipping up this delicious Gin Coffee Cherry Blast!

Ingredients

  • Gin 20 ml
  • Tequila 15 ml
  • Iced coffee 180 ml
  • Raspberry Puree 40 ml
  • Grenadine
  • 1-2 Basil leaves
  • A dash of cherry bitters

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and mix well with ice. When fully blended, add to a tall glass with fresh ice and garnish with a basil leaf or two. Top with a Maraschino Cherry and whipped cream if you wish. Serve chilled and enjoy!
