After combining pineapple juice, lemon and carrot juice with some ginger beer and gin, it resulted in a very springy punch that’s extremely easy to whip up and tastes somewhat tropical. Along with a touch of garden vibes, obviously from the carrots, it tastes truly divine. This Carrot and Pineapple Gin Punch has a nice blend of spring flavors that work perfectly for a garden party or a general spring gathering.
Ingredients
- 2½ cups Pineapple juice
- 2 cups pure/fresh Carrot juice
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 cup gin
- 350 ml ounces Ginger Beer (or ginger ale)
- Handful edible flowers (optional), pineapple rings and lemon slices to garnish
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a large punch bowl along with ice and fruits. Tip -keep stirring the drink lightly to blend the ingredients well for good taste. Keep checking the taste to alter your drink by making it sweet or strong according to your preference. Serve chilled and keep rocking!
