Every time a celebrity is out for an event, the questions arise. Who Wore What? Celebrities are known for their dangerous and risquè outfit choices. But who are we to blame? The public loves it.

Everyone loves a celebrity that isn’t afraid to take risks and try new trends. Sure, most times people dress really over the top and it might not always land them on best-dressed list. What really changes the game is the memorable moment that the public gets thanks to them. Do they know they look horrendous or is it just a publicity stunt? Who Wore What? and WHY?

A few years back, we could rely on Gaga for making the VMA’s and all other events a success. She always stole the show! and not always in a good way. A dress everyone will remember, for sure, is the Meat Dress she wore to the 2010 VMA’s.

Another extra celebrity who used to go all out is Nicki Minaj. Colour, funk and fun – her overpowering outfit is anything other than a treat to the eyes. Sure, the VMA’s are a good place to express your fashion choices, but can they take it down… a notch? With loud makeup and disastrous hair; she was always made fun of. If anyone’s ever seen or heard Cardi B, you know she just loves to make a statement. From how she talks to what she wears, this rap sensation is not going to stop any time soon. Many on twitter assumed this dress represented a shell/mermaid, but it looks like a bad choice to me.
