Alcohol Home Delivery – India. With the websites and details all listed below; get your alcohol during lockdown and here’s how!
1. Maharashtra
Maharashtra is a coronavirus hotspot. Delivery and buying alcohol may be difficult. It’s worth a try, though. The alcohol home delivery system will begin in the state starting Thursday – 14th May 2020.
WEBSITE – http://www.mahaexcise.com/ After feeding in the details, you will receive an e-token for the shop closest to you with a time slot.
AGE LIMIT – Only people over 21 years of age can apply for this token.
ALCOHOL LIMIT – 12 litres
Reports suggest that an improved and sophisticated system will come into place. Starting this Thursday. Depending on its success, the government may look into opening services in Mumbai as well.
2. Delhi
WEBSITE – www.qtoken.in and click on “Apply for Liquor Purchase Token.” Due to excessive internet traffic – they website may or may not work. About only 160 shops are open. It may be a hassle to get your booze. The website only issues 50 tokens per hour. The key is to be quick!
Choose your items and then the website will issue an e-token that mentions the time window during which you will be permitted to visit that particular wine shop and pick up your order at the wine shop closest to you.
Don’t forget to carry the government ID you mentioned in the online form!
ALCOHOL LIMIT – 9 litres per person. Only 5 people allowed in the shop at a time.
3. Punjab
Home delivery is available in Punjab! Enough liquor is available. But, due to rush it may be a little bit hard to get. Punjab is in high demand. So a little trying may help.In the state, every area will have an allocated delivery window. Delivery can be done by registered delivery persons. With proper IDs, authorised vehicles and curfew passes – alcohol can be delivered. Liquor stores will remain open. Timings – only from 9am to 1pm.
ALCOHOL LIMIT – 2 litres per person. Only 5 people are allowed to gather near the store.
4. West Bengal
West Bengal has alcohol home delivery too. Follow the instructions given and log onto the website. orders placed will be delivered to your doorstep directly. Make sure to use a registered Government ID.
AGE LIMIT – 21 years

5. Chattisgarh
For green zone citizens, alcohol home delivery is available. Via app and website.

ALCOHOL LIMIT: 5 litres of liquor per person.
A delivery charge of Rs. 120 will be levied on each order
6. Odisha
Residents of Odisha can place their orders. The states Beverage Corporation Limited website is live.
