Grand Champagne Cocktail

Use following ingredients to make Grand Champagne Cocktail

1 shot orange-flavoured liqueur
1 teaspoon honey
1 fresh strawberry, tops trimmed
30 ml Champagne, well chilled

How to make Grand Champagne Cocktail

Add the orange-flavoured liqueur, honey and strawberries to a food processor and process until smooth. Fill the chilled glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture and then fill the rest of the glass with Champagne.
