Coco Beach Malibu Vodka Cocktail

If you haven’t already figured, we love beachy cocktails. That means all the coconutty goodness in one drink. Anything to take me back to the beach and summer holidays. The Coco Beach Vodka Cocktail is a classic Malibu, vodka coconut, fruit and cream goodness, that we got from Butterfly High (Bandra Kurla Complex) to share with you all.

This Coco Beach Malibu Vodka Cocktail has very unique flavours put together that caught my attention and I knew I had to try it. Being a picky drinker as it is, it was shocking to see such an odd combination turn into something so delightful. The soothing flavours of Malibu with fruits and ice cream (yes, ice cream) mask the bitter taste of vodka and make this drink easily one of my favourites.

Upon trying, the first thing that hit me was the sweet taste of vanilla and pineapple juice. The most interesting thing about thisCoco Beach Malibu vodka coconut cocktail is the creaminess of the vanilla ice cream that adds thickness and flavour to it. For added sweetness and colour, the blue curaco makes the drink look aesthetically pleasing and fun in pictures. Everyone will ask you what you’re drinking because it looks so good!

Ingredients

1. Malibu
2. Vodka
3. Apple Juice
4. Pineapple Juice
5. Blue Curaco
6. Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and give it a good shake until the ice cream has melted and everything is properly blended together.

Serve chilled with a pineapple slice. This drink is perfect for sundowners and vacation parties with friends or family. This drink is pretty filling as it is, so 1 drink lasts a pretty long time.
