If you’re looking for something cool and refreshing, with all the summery herbal flavour, something like Pimm’s, but with a little extra kick then this Pimm’s Lemon Vodka Cocktail is the best for you. This cocktail is refreshing, as well as spicy but with the soothing, chilled flavours of lemon. Therefore this Pimm’s Lemon Vodka Cocktail makes a perfect pal for hot and humid places.
Upon making this cocktail, it was pleasantly surprising. The mild spiciness from Tabascoblended nicely with the herbal tanginess of the Pimm’s No. 1 and the drink had a refreshingly lemony flavour with a savoury edge. A keeper for sure. This drink is a perfect combination of sweet and spicy and is a real risk taker amongst other drinks as it’s not so common.
Ingredients
- 1-2 shots white rum
- 1 shot Pimm’s
- 1 shot fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp simple sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Tabasco or other hot sauce
- splash of 7Up (set aside for topping up the drink)
- lemon wheels (for garnish)
Directions
Add the Pimm’s, vodka, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with a little bit of ice and shake well until blended. Then, add 7Up or Sprite as a topping on the drink after its blended. Top with lemon wheels for aesthetic.
Our Suggestion – You can use Vodka instead of white rum.
