In this cocktail, we used very few ingredients to uncomplicate it and keep it as natural as possible. Being natural, an added bonus is that it’s got very little fat/calories. More than one drink won’t make you guilty, it’ll make you tipsy. Drink more, but be safe.
Ingredients
- Vodka (1 shot)
- Honey Water (60-100 ml, depends on your drink)
- Thai Basil Leaves (3-4 for taste)
- Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
- Cucumber (1, peeled)
Directions
Add the vodka, honey water, lemon juice, and Thai basil leaves to a cocktail mixer. Sieve or add the cucumber to a juicer. Add the residue (cucumber juice) to the rest of the ingredients in the cocktail shaker and mix well with ice. After blended, use a strainer and add the drink to a glass, top with 1-2 basil leaves and enjoy!
