This cocktail is mostly a summertime drink due to it’s subtle yet sweet flavours. It’s got a cooling touch to it. Ingredients
- 1 shot Vodka
- 60 ml Fresh Passion Fruit Puree/Juice
- 1 tsp vanilla simple syrup/essence
- Champagne 90 ml
- Garnish: Fresh Passion Fruit and Mint
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a Tall glass of your choice over crushed ice. Do not shake as champagne is fizzy! top with champagne and garnish with a few mint leaves. Serve chilled and enjoy!
