While mangoes are not common in all countries, I suggest you use Mango Pulp if you don’t find fresh mangoes.
Ingredients to make Mango Twist Cocktail
- 1 Cup of freshly cut mangoes (About 1/2 Mangoes)
- 1 Oz of La Fiesta raspberry margarita/daiquiri mix
- 1 Oz fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 Oz Light Rum
- 1 1/2 Oz Tripple Sec
- 1 tsp of fine Sugar
- 2 packs of Splenda raspberries or cut mangoes
- Sparkling Sugar
- Lime wedge
- 2 cup of Ice
How to make Mango Twist Cocktail
This part is optional: Prepare your glass by wetting the rim with the lime wedge ‘and dipping it in the sparkling sugar. (Makes for a great visual presentation) Place the cut-up mango, rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar and ice into your margarita blender and blend to your desired consistency adding ice if necessary, Place a third of the blended drink carefully into your glass and then pour a third of the raspberry Margarita/Daiquiri mix on top. Repeat with ‘another third and then the rest. Using @ straw slowly and carefully stir the drink to Create the desired red streaking throughout the drink. Garnish with raspberries or cut of mango on the side ‘along with a lime wedge on the rim. Enjoy!
