This fizzy Strawberry Limeade Gin and Tonic is a must try. Not only is it so beautiful looking but also it is of it’s sparkly, fruity and colourful. It also tastes divine and you’ll know why once you make it. It’s a great drink to sip on. The light and refreshing flavours of this drink make the gin taste literally disappear.
The classic Strawberry Limeade drink has an alcoholic touch to it now, making it the Strawberry Limeade Gin and Tonic. Just like the strawberry limeade, but 21+. This drink has all the flavours one can want. Sweet and fruity with a hint of citrus. It has the flavours of strawberry, juniper berries and lemon, along with a hint of gin to make it boozy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1-2 lime wheels
- juniper berries
- 15 ml strawberry simple syrup
- Strawberry Ice Cube
- 1 strawberry, sliced
- 30-60 ml gin (1 or 2 shots)
- 100-150 ml tonic water
For the strawberry ice cubes –
Fill an ice mold with strawberries and juniper berries and freeze.
For the Strawberry Limeade Gin and Tonic –
Place the strawberry ice cube in a glass.
Add gin, strawberry, strawberry simple syrup, lime wheel, lime juice and juniper berries.
Top with tonic.
