Got those sweet-chocolatey cravings, but still want to get a little tipsy at the same time? We’ve got your back. This Bailey’s Mint Chocolate Vodka Cocktail is an age-old family favourite, and we’re sure it’ll be your favourite too.
This Bailey’s Mint Chocolate Vodka Cocktail is the perfect blend of chocolate, coffee and mint, all in a chilled creamy cocktail. This drink is relatively easy to make, and perfect for any and all sweet tooth’s. The texture of this drink is relatively creamy, almost like a milk drink due to the Baileys liqueur, but that’s the best part.

Ingredients
- 15 ml Bailey’s
- 45 ml coffee cream (Check how to make it here)
- 45 ml vodka
- 1/2 Tablespoon mint simple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1-2 Tablespoons chocolate cookie crumbs
- Green Food Colour (optional)
- Mint leaves (optional)
Directions
In a plate, add the cookie crumbs, wet a cocktail glass to make a chocolate glass rim. Add the Chocolate syrup (I used Hershey’s but Nutella after a little bit of thinning or any other chocolate syrup will do) to the bottom of the cocktail glass and set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the cream, vodka, mint simple syrup and a green food dye (optional). Shake well for 1-2 minutes until well blended and chilled. Finally, add the cream mixture over the chocolate layer but be careful not to blend it. Add mint leaves on top as a garnish (optional)
