FROZEN COCKTAIL RECIPIE
Ingredients for Frozen Cocktail 90 ml Dry or Sweet White Wine7 ml Passion Fruit liqueur7 ml Apricot liqueur22 ml fresh grapefruit juice7 ml fresh lime juice14 ml honey Place all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup ofice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit moon.

Hot Toddy
Ingredients for Hot Toddy 180 ml Gin135 ml Lemon juice135 ml Cardamom Rock Candy Syrup%595 ml Hot water6 dashes Angostura bitters6 dashes Peychauds Bitters Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and stir to combine. Garnish with whole star anise pods and thinly sliced lemon wheels. (This recipe makes 4 servings.).

Ingredients to make Gin Fizz 60 ml Gin30 ml Fresh lemon juice22 ml Simple syrup1 Egg white (about 1/2 oz)30 ml Club soda Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds.
